I’m Lou, and HG Same Day Courier is based in Wimborne. I started out on the road myself, handling urgent medical items and time-critical deliveries where timing and communication mattered above everything else. That experience shaped how I run the business today — with honesty, reliability and proper client care at the centre of everything.
I also managed transport for my family’s engineering business, so I understand the customer’s side too: machinery waiting on one missing part, tight production deadlines, site staff starting early, and the cost of any delay. It’s why I built HG Same Day around flexibility, precision and clear updates.
